 PC-Triage was started to address the simple fact that the retail chain computer repair departments are not in the business of repairing anything. They are designed to step you up to a NEW computer. Rarely is a computer beyond repair, but that's not what they would have you believe.

If you are in the market for a new computer, that's an entirely different story, but if you need your computer to last for years to come, I am the person to call. I believe, going into it, that everything can be repaired. So, if I say you need a different part, it may not need to be new. There are huge options for used computer parts, and there is nothing wrong with them - in fact, I guarantee the new and used parts that I install.

I have 44 years of working in retail. I know what service is. Service that used to be exclusive to the TV repair man. In a lot of ways my job is the same as the old TV repair man. I come to your home or business to work on the problem computer.
